Oliver nodded and sat down in his own throne. "I have told the guards to inform everyone to come here at midnight, as I have said. I needed five more minutes...because there is someone who wants to apologize to you." He waved his handat the entryway.
There stood Lily, her blonde hair held back by a emerald clip and wearing a respectable old-fashioned dress of the same color. She bowed her head and looked humbly at her feet.

Lily looked up at Karsten, biting her pink bottom lip. "Yes, there is...I acted foolish because I thought you would fwould be angry when you discovered that I went to see Oliver while you were getting me the mimosa...and for both things I am deeply sorry."

Karten kised her cheek and smiled. ''Its alright, you have already been forgiven.'' He said stepping bac and looking at her.

Lily clasped her hands behind her back and beamed at Karsten, her green eyes twinkling. "Do you like the dress? Julian found it for me." She said, twisting a bit so that the skirt of her emerald dress twirled a bit.

The earth child giggled and blushed, her hand flying to her mouth.

Karsten smiled and looked over at Oliver. ''Well, shall we summon the people now?'' He asked raising an eyebrow. Now that the matter had been settled.

Oliver once again waveda hand at the entryway. "No need...they are already here."
And, indeed, they were, a large crowd of vampires of all ages and genders. Some looked excited, others annoyed.
Lily paled in the sight of so many people--she was rather people-shy.

Karsten raised a brow and nodded to the thrones. ''Lily, you can sit in one too.'' He said. Although she was not a Prince, because there wasnt a Prince to fill all of the thrones, she was safe. Karsten sat on his own throne looking at the people below.
In the crowd a woman with long flowing silver hair looked blankly up at the Prince's. She was trying to connect what was going on with her most recent vision, but nothing came up. So as the Vampire's around her buzzed with excitment, and annoyance she remained silent.

Oliver stood up and raised one pale hand, and every single Vampire, down to the loudest baby, went silent. "Good evening, my friends...doubtless there have been several rumors passed about why Prince Karsten and I have called you all here, but the true reason is that we wish to inform you of the upcoming Trials of Death."
The Bookworm Prince went silent, and the vampires started to murmer again.
Lily nodded and cautiously sat down next to Karsten, still very pale.

Karsten nodded slowly and cleared his throat to speak also. ''Those of you who find yourselves worthy enough, please step forward and we will decide who gets to attempt the Trials Of Death.'' He said, his demanding voice sharp and loud in the hall.
More Vampire's murmered, and some took nervous steps forward, but one, the one with silver hair. Walked up with the grace and sureness of a soldier. She stood right before the steps leading to the thrones and did a curtsie before standing straight looking up carefully at them.

Oliver tilted his head at the silver-haired woman, his expression mildly interested. "What is your name, brave lady?" He asked.
Lily blinked at the woman, smiling nervously at her.

The silver haired woman smiled at her Prince. ''I am, Alexandra Wolfe, sir.''She said bowing her head slightly before looking back up with calm silver eyes.
Karsten looked at her a bit shocked, there had only been one Prince that was female many years before who had been assasinated. He blinked and kept silent.

Oliver nodded to her. "Do you realize, in full, that in stepping forward you have chosen either death or the life of a Prince? Meaning, of course, that you are to stay at the Mountain and govern your people for a very,very long period of time." He said, looking evenly at her.
