Silas nodded his head making his hair swish the ground. ''Yes..I supposethat may be the case..'' He said rubbing is chin in deep thought.

Karsten followed him in silence and looked at the ground as he walked. An unusual gesture for him, he usually walked with his head up and shoulders squared.

Bree and Nat looked at each other.
"Well," Said the Damphire woman. "We must be going...I'll leave Will in your care. I'm sure your Bookworm Prince would just love to meet him."
And, just like that, she vanished without another sound.
Will rose to his feet, brushing dirt off his suit, and fixed his glasses. "Hmm..."
Maryjane smiled at him as she stroked Verchin between the ears.

Oliver stopped after 5 minutes of walking. In front of the two was a solid stone door that was 1/3rd open."She's just in there." He whispered. "I'll...I'll be waiting outside."

Silas nodded and looked at Will. ''Well...Maryjane...do you feel alright now?'' He asked turning his attention back t her.

Karsten slid in through the doorway and looked aroun the room and spotted Lily laying down on a bed. He went over to her and sighed. ''Lily?'' He said softly.

Lily was lying with the right side of her face hidden from view. When she heard Karsten approcahing, she sat up, revealing said side.
Her right eye was milky white, and a long, recently stitched gash ran from her hairline to her cheek. Her other eyes was puffy from weeping. When Karsten had had a good look at her, the earth child groaned and pulled the covers up over her head.

Maryjane nodded. "Yes...but my stomach still aches a bit." She replied.

Karsten sat on the edge of the bed. ''Petal....look at me...please?'' He said soothingly as he rubbed where her arm was under the blanket. No matter how she looked, she would always be beautiful to him.

Silas nodded. ''I see...well...if you would like to lay down for a bit, that is fine.'' He said noddng to the bed.

Lily peeped out from behind the blanked, her sole green eye searching his face. She sniffed. "Karsten..." Lily moaned.

Silas smiled and nodded to the bed without further word.
Verchin sniffed and blinked his yellow eyes. Hmm... He mumbled thinking to himself.

Karsten looked at her and gave her a smile. ''Its alright, love...'' He whispered kneeling down next to the bed brushing a hand lightly against her cheek.

Lily shook her head, tears sliding down the same cheek that Karsten stroked. "No, no it's not..." She said, stumbling on the second word due to the sudden lump that formed in her throat.

Karsten sighed and bit his lip. ''Well, if you dont think it is...it certainly will be...Just hang in there.'' He said wiping away her tears.

Verchin wiggled his butt in the air before rolling over playfully. His tongue lolled out of his mouth as he looked up at Maryjane.

Maryjane laughed and picked up the pup, rubbing her button nose against his wet black one. "You wanna go to bed?" She asked.

Lily sniffed again. "Karsten...Sabino,he...." She broke down crying again, burying her blonde head in her hands.
