Lily moved her fingers from Karsten's cheek to his lips, preventing him from speaking more. "There's no need to be sorry. I asked the question... you simply answered it." She said, her green eyes soft yet still as serious as ever.

Karsten sighed and took her hand that was on his lips in his own two pale hands. A small smile spread to his lips as he kissed the back of her hand.
''Thats good then.'' He said simply.

Lily held back a gasp, though she didn't move her hand from his. "In--indeed it is." She stuttered, the color rising in her cheeks. Her tounge ran over her own lips, and she looked up into Karsten's red eyes.

Karsten coudlnt help but let out a small chuckle at her shyness. ''Well maybe e sho--'' He was cut short by Elizabeth jumping ontop of him and strangling him while she smacked his head into the rock floor of the Mountain.
''IDIOT!! WHERE'S JAQCUES!? HE LEFT BECAUSE OF YOU TO WHO-KNOWS-WHERE!!'' She yelled her angry voice booming off the walls and causing passingby Vampires to move faster.
Karsten moaned and put his hands behind his very sore head. He had been hit countless times, in the same spot, the reasons where yet to be determined. If he wasn afraid of being killed in his sleep by Elizabeth he would simply exile her, but she woldnt give up so easily.

Lily's expression darkened, and she pulled the vampiress's hands from Karsten's throat with her uncommon strength."Elizabeth! I beg your pardon, but browbeating the Prince is not a way to find out where Jacques has gone. Call him, why don't you, but if you lay another finger on Karsten I'll throw you across the room." She growled, and tiny cracks appeared around her feet.

Elizabeth hissed at her and pressed her knee hard between the Prince's leg where it had been sitting on the floor while she choked him.
Karsten gasped and tried to move from her but her knee pressed down harder causing him a grunt of pain. ''L-lily...j-just....let...h-her go...p-please. For...m-me?'' He said as his red eyes grew wide and his body shuddered with pain.

Lily reached down and grabbed Elizabeth by the throat with one hand, and her belt(I hope she has one) with the other. Then she lifted the vampiress into the air, leaned back, and threw her bodily down the hallway with a single grunt.
Vampires scuttled out of the way, watching the enraged earth child with fear.
"That was called the Slingshot, you horrid bitch!" Lily called, and knelt at Karsten's side. "Are you alright?"

Karsten groaned and rested his head gently on the ground. He felt himself and nodded slowly. ''Yes...thank you, Lily.'' He said shutting his eyes and just laying there.
Elizabeth grumbled and rolled up the sleeves she wore. That girl was going to get what was coming to her...just a few more days, the festival. She would get her then.

Lily smiled down at him, and her anger evaporated. She placed a pale hand on his forehead and looked back at Elizabeth. With her other hand she raised her middle finger at the vampiress, then turned back to Karsten.

Elizabeth ignored this and walked down the hallway and towards the room she sharred with Jaqcues when he came, although the boy was nowhere to be seen.
Karsten took a deep breath and let it out again before slowly sitting and blinking a few times. The Vampire's who had been starring quickly turned away to attempt escaping the wrath of their Prince. He rubbed the back of his head with a painful wince. ''What is it with you women and smacking us men in the back of the head...?'' He said growling slightly.

Lily laughed. "It's because we still have hope that it will knock some sense into you." She said, smiling at him despite his obvious bad mood.

Karsten sighed and grumbled. ''Well...we should get out of here....'' He said looking around. They had caused quite a scene, not something odd in the Vampiric race, but when it came to a Prince causing one...it was a different story.

Lily looked over her shoulder, her blonde hair spilling onto Karsten's shoulder as she eyed the other Vampires. "Right-o." She said, after she'd turned around, and stood.
The earth child held out a hand to help Karsten up, still smiling foolishly.

Karsten nodded and stood up not touching her hand. He jumped up and down a moment then sighed deeply and rolled his shoulders. ''Okay, all is good.''He said smiling down at her, one of the few things seen on his pale face. He put a protective arm around her once more and began to walk. He had no idea where it was he was headed to, but anywhere seemed good.

"...Come fly with me, let's fly, let's fly away..." Julian twilred down the corridor, and Vampires scuttled out of her way as if she were Moses parting the Red Sea.
Lily gasped. "Holy Hell! Jules, what are you doing here?" She said, and slipped out of Karsten's arms and waved wildly at her.
Oliver popped his head out of the games hall, and Lily had a suspicion he had been eavesdropping. "J-Jules?"
