Thea rested her head on Dimitri's shoulder, her hazel eyes still holding their far-away look. Then, she did something rather odd. She raised her hand, and almost imeaditly the air in the room swept towards a vase a few yards from the couple and swept it off its perch. The vase, of course, fell to the floor and smashed into dozens of peices. "Muffins..." Thea mumbled tiredly, her eyelids fluttering.

Dimitri wtched the vase fall with calm eyes. ''Love...may I ask what possessed you to do that?'' He said looking at the small amount of dirt and water combined with flowers and shattered glass on the floor.

Thea opened one eyes, and looked boredly at the shattered porcelain vase. "Hmm...I wanted it broken." She said, as if it were no big deal, and laid her head back down on Dimitri's shoulder.

Dimitri sighed and blinked. ''May I ask, why you wanted it broken.'' He said just trying to talk to her. He didnt know how long he would have to do that.

Thea shrugged. "...because I felt like it." She replied obstinately, and closed her eyes fully now.

Dimitri sighed and scooped Thea up off the couch gently. ''I think you should get some sleep, dea'.'' He said laying her down on the bed and kissing her forhead.

Thea gently tugged on Dimitri's collar, and said sleepily. "Hmm...perhaps I will go to sleep...in the event that you lie next to be at least until I do." She said, her eyes closed and a smile spreading over her full lips.

Dimitri nodded and climbed into the bed next to her. ''If it were anyone else I would have said no.'' He said kissing her cheek.

Thea scooted over to Dimitri, and wrapped her arms around him, resting her head on his chest. "Mmm...I'm grateful, love." She said, her voice radiating happiness.

Dimitri couldnt help but smile. He put a hand on her head and ran a hand over her hair. It was smooth and silky and he loved to play with it.

Thea fell asleep within moments, mostly likely because of the comfort and warmth of having Dimitri so close to her. She rested her head on his lap know, her expression peaceful in sleep.

Dimitri smiled down at her. He wanted nothing more than to sit and stay with her, but he couldnt. he needed to talk to Lauri about some things, and he was still rather frieghtened of dieing in his sleep. However, there lay a large problem on his lap...literally. He couldnt move without waking Thea.

Suddenly there was a soft noise, like leaves blowing in wind, and who else but Miss Julian Artemis McCauley appeared sitting on the end board of the bed. She had shed her usual black trenchcoat and wore in it's place a wine-colored satin robe. "Havin' some trouble, eh Dimitri?" She asked. The guardian was not smiling.

Dimitri looked up at Julian. '' Dont we all...'' He said sighing heavily and leaning his head on the headboard.
Downstairs Lauri had just entered the mansion. ''I dont know what Im going to do with him.'' He muttered shaking his head with a large sigh. It seemed problem after problem hit the Vampire. He was afraid it would never stop for his friend. Between, ex's and fan girls, and family being long dead and the pressure of being a singer and song writer, he simply wore to many hats.

Julian sighed quietly, and shook her dark-haired head. "Boy, Lauri is already here. Shall I go and entertain him for a while, or would you rather me help you get your wife off of you?" She asked blandly, her lips pursed.
