((My first real post!Yippee!))
There are several trees in the park: oaks,pines,cedar... but namely the only one ever notices is the huge weeping willow. It's the perfect shade tree; couples and the older folk love to sit under it's expanse of cover from the sun while children play upon its sturdy old branches. Tonight, however, there was only one person sitting near the great willow, on an ancient wrought iron bench. It was Thea, come to read in peace and quiet, away from the bustle of the city. Her notebook sat next to her on the bench, waiting for her to open it once more and scribble on it's pages.
The book Thea was reading was huge...and dusty, but a smile crept across the girl's lips as she read silently in the dim light of the street lamp next to her.

Felicity looked around. She was wearing the outfite made of leaves from the forest last night. She looked around not noticing the girl on the bench. She krept out of the bushes, her blonde hair had twigs in it and she was dirty. Her feet where bare and she was now running for the cover of the huge willow tree. She ran faster when a small station wagon rolled by. She was huffing when she reached the tree. ''Thank God..'' She whispered to herself.

Thea froze. Generally, the only other people at the park past 11:30—which was the general bedtime of the hordes that frequented the tree—were the city's rouges—madmen, prostitutes, and…Thea gulped involuntarily…thieves and gang members. She placed her book on her lap, her movement jerky, and looked over her shoulder.
Thea raised her eyebrows at the leaf-clad girl standing with her hands on her knees, gasping for breath. Probably another one of those crazies that come sleep under the tree when they can't find a suitable box…Thea thought mildly.
"Hello there,miss."The mortal girl said, tilting her head to one side as she examined the blond woman." Do you need help, perchance?"

Felicity gasped. In her rush to leave the forest until next month she hadnt noticed the girl. ''Hello...Uh.. no, " She said trying to think of why a girl like her would be out in the middle of the night with leaves made into a top and skirt.
She should have stayed with Fauna, or that other were. What as his name? Did he even tell her? She couldnt remember.

"Ah." Thea said,and,although she desperatly tried to prevent it, a smile crept across her face."If you don't mind me asking, Miss, why on earth are you dressed like Jane of the Jungle?" She shifted, turning around and sticking her legs trough the gaps in the bench's wrought iron."Isn't it a bit cold to be wearing such things, anyway?"

Felicity giggled nervously "Well, I made them myself. Im pretty used to the cold by now..." She shrugged. "My name is Felicity Connar," She stuck out a small dirty hand.

Thea looked at Felicity's filthy hand and winced.
"Nice to meet you, Miss Connar. I'm Althea Mirrow, but eveyone calls me Thea. Hold on, I have to do something..." She dug her hand into the pocket of her impecably clean hoodie, pulling a package of anti-bacterial hand wipes from it a few seconds later. It was already opened, so Thea merely crasped one of the wipes by the corner and pulled it out. Smiling sheepishly, she gave it to Felicity."Wipe your hands with it before you shake with me--your hand is filthy."Since this seemed a little rude, she added,"I have a common disorder--OCD, or Obssesive Compulsive Disorder, sometimes called Automysophobia.All things have to be clean and sanitized when I touch them...I might seriously freak out if they aren't." Her smile widened as she tought how she had wiped down the entire bench before sitting down.

Felicity gave her a hurt look but looked down at her dirty body. Sleeping, and running in the woods made on a little dirty. She used the wipe and used it to clean her hands. She looked around and threw it into a trash can a few feet or so away and then looked at her hands. Cleaner. ''Sorry.'' She said. She looked up and smiled her award wining smile. She shot her hand out again that was now clean.

Thea smiled back at her, noting how relativly sane she seemed. She took her hand and shook it warmly. But something nagged at the back of her mind, annoying her until she really just had to ask,"You haven't really answered my question, I'm afraid. What exactlly are you doing in a outfit of leaves? That is, of course, unless you don't want to tell me..." Thea stopped, ashamed at her rudeness-what would Father say?
But Father isn't here right now...
Thea was all alone, with a person that had obviously been wearing little more than nothing for probably days, weeks, months, maybe, on end. What would Thea possibly do if Felicity wasn't as friendly as her smile? Thea was taller, yes, but Felicity was stronger, judging by the sinews lacing her dirty arms. The mortal girl shivered, although it wasn't from the nippy autumn wind.

Felicity smiled warmly. ''You wouldnt believe me if I told you.'' She said. Wait.. should she know about the were's? Oh great, now my new leader is going to kill m. Talking to mortals, teling them about us! I feel stupid...' She thought to herself still smiling.
"If you dont tell anyone, I can speak of my life and the adventure that had quickly un-folded before me. Its a long story, but Im sure you can make time, its an interesting one..''She said. She had made her mind up, she would tell her. Hopefully she kept her mouth shut, or she might have to kill her first human tonight..

Thea nodded.
"You have my word that my lips will be sealed, Miss Connar." SHe said solemly.Felicity was obviously no madwoman roaming the streets...Thea new, in some strange way...but would that make her more dangerous? And if Felicity's story was as strange as she was, who would believe Thea, even if she decided to break the laws of chivalry and blab?

Felicity nodded and climed into the tree on a low branch and started her story..
''Well, not so long ago I was walking through the campgrounds when this, weird looking guy, came up to me. He took me back into the woods and...well...he..yea...Then a few days later wich was the full moon, something weird happened. I grew hair all over and, I looked like a human, wolf thing. I freaked because I couldnt control myself and I had to lock myself in our outside shed, not that it didi anygood I got out. So, every full moon I run into the forest and run around until morning when I make my leaf clothes. Only, yesterday was different. I met this, deer, fox thing, she gave me herbs and I slept until morning and made my clothes. She was very nice, but then this weird, well, he was pretty cute actually, anyway, this guy came and he was a werewolf, we didnt know it at the time cuz he looked normal. Well he got mad at us and turned into one. So I joined his uh...Gang and I hugged him to, it was odd because the Fauna girl thought he was my 'mate'.He got really mad at that, but he didnt hurt her, then we left and went to the Werewolf territory. I came here so my family wouldnt be worried and I was going to sneak in, but I met you and, now Im here sitting in a tree babbling like an idiot ok Im done.'' She said. Her hand was in her hair swirlig a piece around her finger.

As Felicity spoke, Thea's face turned pale. She nodded solemly as the were girl finished, her cheeks white as snow.
"So..."She said."So...you're a werewolf...isn't that nice?" Thea had been very preoccupied with learning about the supernaturals when she was younger--and she still had quite alot of knowledge about vampires,werewolf, and the like. She even knew a bit about vampanzee. She had abanodened the research later as she began to mature, reading classics like the the Three Musketeers instead of Accounts of Vampirism. "This all quite hard to believe...do they...Fauna and the mystery werewolf...know where you are? It's at least midnight." She checked her watch for conformation.

Felicity shrugged. ''Fauna has no idea because as far as I know she lives alone in the forest. Werewolf man, he might come for me, I dont know.'' She said. Her tan skin had tiny droplets of sweat on it. She used the back of her hand to get some off her forhead. She was nervous now, would Thea tell her secret?
A dark figure stalked in the trees cover. He breathed deeply smelling the two females. One of them could be the one.

Thea read her expression.
"Don't worry. I won't tell--who would believe me? And even if I found someone who did...I wouldn't tell. Do you doubt my word, Fel--"
Thea put a hand to her forehead. She had felt something swept against her brow--it took her a moment to realize it was the same feeling she had gotten when her friend Vivian had almost snuck up on her(Thea has very acute senses)--the sense left over from prehistoric times.
"I feel a prescence."She said quietly, her breath quickening.
