Ronwe nodded, and suddenly noticed his stomach was growling.
Riki's eyes glinted as she rushed to the kitchen. She smiled. "I'm ready!" she said, her tteeth glinting in the light. She looked ready to eat a human rather than a meal.
Kiyoshi smiled as he smelled the fresh dinner.
Lian took Aubrey's hand and pulled him towards the food, noticing how hungry she was.

Aubrey, looking aimlessly up at the ceiling, followed Lian blindly.

Maggie, with her one free hand, opened the door and tugged Ronwe out into the hallway.
Carlos wheeled himself after her, drinking in the delcious smells of his wife's cooking.
...
Nicholas sighed. "Well...better go fetch Ezalia(I feel foolish...I can't spell her name right!)." With that muttered sentence, he strode over to the door and slinked out of the house, softly calling for the lynx-girl.

Ezalia pricked her ears, hearing the soft call of her name. She trotted out from the forest, a mouse in her mouth, and blood staining her cheeks. She spat it out, rubbed off most of the blood, and ran towards the house.
Ronwe smiled.

((Yay! I spelled it right! ^^))
Nicholas waited for her, arms crossed over his chest, and smiled as Ezalia came into veiw. "Hello, Miss Ezalia. Dinner is ready." He said in his usual intellegent, regal tone.
Maggie pulled her 'fiance' into the kitchen, where the counter was heaped with everything from tacos to tamales. Maria Inez was sitting at the large kitchen table. "Dig in, children!" She called.

Riki ran to the first seat, her sapphire eyes glittering as she grabbed a taco.
Kiyoshi rolled his eyes, and grabbed a quesidia.
Ronwe licked his lips. He hadn't had a home-cooked meal in a while. He took a seat next to Maggie and reached for a tamale.
Ezalia slipped in, wiping the remains of blood from her mouth, and smiled. "I smelled it a mile away. So I ran back." she said, her usual peppy voice sounding a bit strained.

Aubrey looked in the kitchen, his hand still clutching Lian's. He smiled and inhaled deeply. "Mmm..."
Nicholas smirked at her. "Oh, Madam, did you not save the heart for me? I do love them, you know." He said, smelling the scent of mice on the lynx girl. "Nevermind...shall we go in?"
Maggie and Nina both grabbed plates of fresh-baked tortillas and tore into them.
Carlos delicately ate several bites of something steaming and chock full of cheese.

Ronwe smiled, never seeing Maggie with such an appetite. Just watching her made him feel full.
Riki smiled and downed about as much food as Maggie and Nina combined.
Lian grabbed a tortilla and began to eat it at a regular pace, which seemed slow to the other's ravonous eating.
Ezalia smirked. "Well, I would have. But, nothing I can do about it now." she smiled, her cat tounge removing the blood from her teeth. "Now- lets eat some real food!"

Nicholas chuckled and, without even holding the door open for her like a real gentleman, raced into the house.
Maggie, feeling Ronwe's eyes on her, made herself eat more like a lady would. Nina, however, desperately tried to out-eat Riki.
Aubrey tossed a peice of steaming beef into the air and caught it with his mouth, chewing happily.

Lian poked Aubrey with a playful grin.
"What happened to refined gentleman?" she teased, her smile genuine.
Riki smirked at the thought of competition. She was a real kid at heart. Just.... A very demented kid.
Ezalia growled playfully as she rushed through the door.
"Some gentleman you are!" she purred, taking a seat next to Nicholas.
Ronwe smiled as Maggie slowed down. He gave her a look that said, Hey, dont miss out on your fun because of me.

Maggie smirked and ruffled the demon's hair with her clean hand. "Hey...I need to practice my manners anyway, kid." She said.
Aubrey shrugged, and pinched Lian's side gently. "Oh, he was hungry. He'll be back soon, though."
Nicholas, already tearing into a slab of chicken, shrugged, his golden eyes twinkling. "What did you expect of the Prince of Hell? A bleeding Robin-Hood clone?"

Lian giggled as he pinched her side. "Hey! that tickles!!" she said, giggling as she swallowed a bit of pita bread(That's Spanish.. right? ^_^  Ezalia rolled her eyes. "Eh, guess not." she said with a shrug, before tearing at the food placed in front of her. Ronwe smiled. "It's a'ight." he said, an unusual tone of happiness in his voice. |

Maggie, smirking as well, raised a dark eyebrow before returning to her graceful eating.
Aubrey winked at her, downing a glass of caramel-colored liquid.
Nicholas chuckled, but did not answer the lynx-girl.

Ezalia rolled her eyes as she stuffed food in her mouth.
Kiyoshi blinked. Wow. he thought. It's like a trough rather than a table.
Ronwe smiled, a certain glow touching his face.
Lian smiled, then began picking at her food. She was never much of an eater.

There was the quiet sound of bare feet outside the kitchen and a tall young woman who looked to be a year younger than Maggie walked in through the back door.
Her hair was, as all of the Inezes, coal black, her skin tan as oak, and her eyes the true blue color of forget-me-nots.
The others in the family stopped eating for a moment to smile at her. "Hola, Silvia." The all said.
'Silvia' beamed, revealing white teeth, and replied. "Hola, family. And who are these 6?" She asked, taking off her black leather gloves and placing them on the counter. Her hands had curious 2-inch or so, pale scars on them. Silvia grabbed a plate of flan and nibbled at it as she surveyed the strangers.
Maggie cleared her throat, smiling at her sister. "Silv...these are my friends Kiyoshi, Aubrey, Lian, Ezalia, and Nicholas, as well as my...fiance...Ronwe."
Nicholas smirked again and nodded, while Aubrey waved cheerily.

He tilted his head to the right, white hair falling from his face.
Riki blinked and raised an eyebrow, then went back to her ravenous eating.
Ezalia waved and ignored the boy, nibbling on a peice of bread.
Ronwe noted the boy with a curious intrest, his attention immeadiatly drawn to him. He wasn't sure why, though.
