The dark-haired woman turned around. "Ah, Maggie!" She said, holding out her arms.
Maggie smiled. "Si, Madre..." She said, giving the woman who was obviously her mother a quick hug.
Maria Inez looked critically at Ronwe. "Ah...so I finally get to meet this fiance you've been talking about, eh?" She said, smiling when Maggie blushed a deep crimson.

Ronwe blinked in knowledge. He thanked Maggie silently for telling him ahead of time. He looked to her eyes to see whether he should play along or not.
Lian giggled a bit, leaning on Aubrey.
Riki snickered silently. As if demon boy could get a real fiance.
Kiyoshi smiled and looked to Ronwe to see what he would say.
Ezalia merley leaned back against a wall, still tussling her hair a bit.

Maggie winked at him, her chocolate eyes sparkling. It was answer enough.
Maria's hand flicked out and brushed Alejo's nose, who was standing beside her--the boy had been snickering.
Aubrey breathed deeply, smiling at the sweet smells of both the home-cooked food and the woman leaning against him.

Riki shot a glance to the snickering boy. She smirked at his reaction- the same as hers. That was good... The boy wasn't a goody goody. She nodded in approval.
Ronwe nodded his head silently, moving slightly closer to Maggie for effect. He smiled as nicely as he could manage.
Lian sighed also, taking deep whifs of the wonderfull aromas floating about.

Alejo rubbed his nose and glared at his mother.
Maggie's cheeks were the color of ripe rasberry's, but her expression was as cool and emotionless as usual.

Ronwe smiled and wrapped his arm around Maggie's waist, laughing on the inside at her blushing red face.
Riki bit her lip to keep from laughing out loud. This was too funny!
Lian smiled and leaned into Aubrey a bit more, now having most of her weight on one foot and him.

Maria smiled at them both, then went back to her cooking. "Dinner should be ready in about 20 minutes or so..." She said jubiantly.
Maggie kissed Ronwe's cheek, but it was mostly a ruse so that hse could whisper in the demon's ear. "Thanks, Ronwe...I owe you." The Mexican woman said quickly, then went back to smiling at her mother.
Aubrey loosely put his arm around Lian's shoulders, a small smile on his face.

"Father?" Ronwe asked, blinking. "He isn't one of those people who kill his daughter's..." he paused, the new word feeling odd on his tounge. "Fiance`?" He bit the inside of his cheek.
Riki snorted, looking around to find something to do untill dinner was ready. She would have lbown up something, but she was a guest, and wanted the food to at least be ready.
Lian giggled silently, noticing Ronwe's pause.
Ezalia prowled off a bit, hearing her stomach growled. She figured she could catch a small mouse to preoccupy it with something with a bit.
Kiyoshi looked about also, but just in curiosity. He wondered where Maggies older sisters were..

Alejo snickered again, and this time the pregnant woman sitting at the table smacked him, on the forehead.
Maggie gave a warm laugh and shook her dark-haired head. "No, of course not! Padre will love you...I sure do." She said, grinning.
More snickers from Alejo at the cheesiness of that particular line.
Nicholas, who had been staring at the celing for most of the time the group had been in the house, had to bit his lip to keep himself from busting out laughing.
Aubrey smiled, obviously amused.

Ronwe smiled and hugged her closer, his black heart beating unnaturally.
Riki snickered again as she sauntered out of the room to explore the house.
Kiyoshi scowled. "RIKI!" he called. "You cdon't live here!" But of course, the girl ignored him.
Ezalia made sure no one was watching her, and slinked out of the house silently.

Nicholas smiled but did not follow Ezalia--he knew better than to chase after that particular cat.
Maggie blushed again, then took Ronwe's hand and let him from the kitchen. Once out her mother's eyesight, the mexican woman slipped free of the demon and stalked off down the hallway, stopping only once to beckon to him.

Ronwe blinked and followed with a whatever look on his face. He raised an eyebrow as she beckoned him, but followed her anyway.
Riki looked around the house, following wherever her feet took her. Which was a few different ways.
Once outside Ezalia stretched, turned into a lynx, and began stalking towards the woods nearby.
