Jaqcues: Yes...oh so many!! Every single Prince that has ever sat on a throne in the Mountain goes to the Princes Past....Dimitri could have too if he would have accepted, I dont see why he doesnt just become a General instead...but he refuses to talk about it.

Jaqcues: No, there are more Generals than Princes, so they are allowed to leave and go as they want, though the Princes can too...but we are at a crisis with only two living Princes. They havent been allowed to leave.
