Get back here!! A loud yell came. A girl, Blonde hair, Green eyes, ran as fast as she could to a safe spot. A little farther and she would be back at scool, when a hand grabbed her arm and yanked her off of the street, out of site. It was _______.

A tall dark figure grabbed the girls arm and threw her back into the dark alley. His dark figure loomed over her menacingly.

The girl ripped her arm free, and spun to face the person who had pulled her into the ally. Who are you?! She snarled, her hands forming fists.

That's for me to know- Jade placed her right hand on her sword and clenched it. And you to never find out!! Why did you do that, and its rude not to show your face to a lady!! She growled. though she hated saying those things, they had their advantages.

Hen-Shi shrugged. ''As you wish. He had long black hair and that was where all the normal things stopped. He had a light purple skin color and pin colored eyes. ''Happy?" He growled.

Jade's body tensed up. Someone was watching-but that wasn't what disturbed her-she knew who was watching, and the fact that the man who had saved her from the freaky Fruit seller was a Vampaneze!! Her hand tightened on her sword. There would be blood-shed here.

Hen-Shi gave her a quick smile. ''I will be going now. Watch yourself from now on. Dont excpect me to pull you out of trouble every time you get into petty trouble.''He said looking up. He jumped to the wall climbing up like a spider and ran across the roof and away.

Jade watched him go, and took in a deep breath. Her eyes narrowed, and she let her sword go. You are getting better than before. I don't think he noticed you. She remarked, not looking in any direction. A shadow appeared beside her. Well, I learned from the best. But we need to hunt him down. He's a Vampaneze, and if I wasn't here, you may have been killed, though probably not. The shadow remarked. We are going to follow him? Jade nodded. Sierus, you stay at my side. the shadow, Sierus, nodded. Will do. They both ran up the side of the building, and ran after the Vampaneze.

Hen-Shi growled low in his throat. The bitch had followed him. He flitted out over the buildings now invisible to anyone looking.

Jade spotted him. She kept her eyes locked on him. Her hand rested on her sword handle, ready to be drawn if needed. Sierus matched her speed evenly. Though before she had trouble keeping up with the Cat-demon Jade, she had learned to control her Charka, and send the energy to her feet, to make her faster.

hen-Shi spun around quickly. He had spotted her down below. Hopefully she had sensed the trouble he was now in.

Sierus started to pull ahead of Jade, but Jade sped up, and was soon nearly half-way there, closing the gap between them quickly. She drew her sword, and came up to him, and then suddenly stopped, inches away from his throat. Sierus, who was left behind, slowed her pace, but maintained a good speed.
