Jade hid in the shadows, picking out different scents. She found the two she was looking for-faint still but visible. She followed it, and then the scent got stronger. She paused-and then began again.

Hen-Shi was sitting on a bench with his cloak over his head. Veronica sat next to him. ''We will have to leave again.''She said to him coughing. ''I dont think I can fight any more.''She said. Hen-Shi grumbled. ''Im not running any more. If we die, we die.''

Jade narrowed her eyes. Got 'em. She mind-spoke to Sierus. Sierus crept up beside her. She nodded, and then shot out.

Veronica looked to the ground still. Hen-Shi had been looking from under his cloak hood and was watching a water fountain.

Veronica gasped as a dagger stuck into her shoulder. She growled in pain pulling it free. She got up. ''Hen-Shi hold them off, I dont know hoe far I can make it,''She said coughing. Her body frail and weak, she wouyld die without help soon. She ran down the mall's lenghty hall of stores. Hen-Shi stood in a fighting stance ready to face them alone.

Sierus was face to face with Hen-shi now. She threw a punch at him. Jade snuck off in the shadows after Veronica.

Jade grew closer to Veronica. Then she struck. She stabbed at her.

Veronica doubled over in pain. She grabbed her side then looked at her hand. It had blood all over it. ''Hen-Shi!''She alled. Hen-Shi turned around. He looked at her then Sierus. ''I saved your friend.''He said with a snarl before flipping and running to Veronica and pulling her up. He put her on his shoulder and sarted to run. He couldnt fight with Veronica dieing there.

Sierus shot after them. She threw many shukin stars at them. Jade stood there. Which way where they going? Vernica wouldn't be able to fight-they would need help. Jade made symbols with her hands-then opened her eyes. She picked out the scents easily-and followed. Luther-follow us. They will need help-Veronica can't fight any more.[/i]

Luther who had been at his warehouse heard the call On my way He said grabbing his things and running towards the mall.
Hen-Shi dodged most except one hitting him in the back. ''Veronica...Im sorry if we dont make it.''He said still running.

Hen-Shi almost fell to the ground. His ankle bleeding now. he wouldnt get veronica much farther.

Sierus stopped. She stood there, watching them go. Jade nodded. She continued on the roof tops. You need a hosipital or gang now.
