Karsten chuckled and shrugged. ''Sorry, Oliver, I just cant help myself. Your good looking genes run in the family.'' he said winking and trying to contain his laughter.

Oliver chuckled, and when he spoke his voice was back to it's usual wise-sounding softness. "Well, I guess I will take that as a compliment...but do try to control yourself, mmm?"
Lily blushed, rushing over to Karsten and giving him a quick kiss on the cheek. "Oi, Karsten, you flatter me far too much."

Karsten mock saluted Oliver. ''My my...you make me feel so young Oliver.'' He said shaking his head. ''And look at me, Im about the oldest Vampire around now adays.'' he muttered looking around the room at all the partying young Vampires.

Oliver chuckled. "Aye, but which one of us acts older?" He winked at Lily, then silently disappeared into the throng of dancing men & women in a thrice.
His daughter giggled. "The way he acts, I can hardly believe he's nearing his 400's..."

Karsten chuckled. ''Me either..'' He said shaking his head. ''Well, petal, what do you wish to do? Continue on with the party, eat, sleep...?'' He said raising an eyebro at her.

Lily suddenly beamed, clapping loudly. "Ooh! Can we dance, pretty-pretty please?" She asked anxiously, and in the background the sound of Oliver's violin started up in the background...it seemed as if Amarie had known of the Prince's intentions and had not brought the instament back to his study at all.

Karsten smiled down at her. ''Of course we can.'' He said offering her hand to him so they could go more onto the main dance floor.

Lily took his hand in her own small, delicate one and hurriedly strode off towards the throng of socializing, dancing vampires and vampiresses.

Karsten smiled and let her lead him. They both recieved some annoyed and envious glares and thois only made the dark man laugh more to himself.

Lily began to dance in circles around Karsten, and it was obvious she was very good at it. Her movements had the smoothness of water, her steps as light as feathers tapping the ground. She smiled ruefully at the Prince.

Karsten smiled and danced with her. His steps were, oddly enough, graceful and he flowed just as liquidly as his girlfriend. His hard cold red eyes held only love for the small human as they danced together.

Lily's arms loosely circled around Karsten's waist for a few brief seconds before the girl let go of him and danced back in front of the vampire. Her dress swayed musically as she did so.

Karsten smiled and danced to the beat of the various instruments being played, in the distance he could even hear singing going on. ''Having Fun?'' He said loud enough Lily could hear him.

But Lily had slipped away, her face going pale. "K-Karsten..." She stuttered, almost stumbling into another vampire. "I...I don't feel so hot."
She coughed and reached a hand to her forehead, as if checking for the telltale warmness of a fever.

Karsten wrapped his arms around her waist to hold her up. ''Oh..Lily. Come on, Ill take you to my room and Ill find someone to check you it..''He said into her ear soft nough it wasnt loud to her, but it could still be heard over the noise echoing in the mountain.
