Meier nodded. ''Yeah, hes been through so much, I dont think I could get rid of him if I wanted to .'' He said smiling as he looked at his wolf.
Sevious relaxed a little under Julian's touch. His breathing even seemed to get better.

Julian looked away from the Noble and began to stroke Sevious' fur. "I'm sorry." She said suddenly, quietly, her shoulders slumping in guilt.

Meier shook his head. ''Its not your fault.'' He said in a tone that was a bit softer than he usualy used.

Julian shook her head, still not looking at Meier. "Yes, it is...I should have helped him...poor, poor Sevious." She said, silently petting the wolf.

Meier smiled. '' I assure you, he will be fine.'' He said looking at his loyal friend.
The black wolf stirred and looked happily up at Julian. He licked her hand lazily with a wolfish smile.
I think shes the same in some ways master...she still pets me the same way.. He murmered quietlly for only Meier to hear.

Julian gave an obviously forced smile and continued to stroke Sevious. "Aye, maybe you're right...say, I never asked, but I want to know...where are we, exactly?" She asked, her eyes still avoiding Meier.

Meier looked down at his hands and shrugged. ''My mansion. It doesnt have an defianinte...locatrion per say. It is...floating in space...thats the best to describe it. If you go out the doors to the outside, theres nothingness. I prefer to be away from any other life. Im a bit anti-social.'' He said shrugging slightly.
Sevious rested his head on Julians lap with a sigh.

Julian rubbed the bridge of Sevious' furry nose with one white finger. She laughed softly. "Well, you're not the only one who is. But you probably have your reasons, as do I." She said, her gaze drifting to rest on the carpet.

Meier nodded. ''Yes..'' He said sighing and looking up at a clock that was on a far off wall. It didnt even work in this place, but yet again, Sophie had insisted it being there.

"Muffins!" Barked Julian suddenly, and nibbled on the fingertips of the hand that was not petting the wolf whose head was in her lap.

Meier raised an eyebrow. ''That was...unexpected...'' He said looking up at her.
Sevious jumped and his ears shot up at the sudden outburst.
What...muffins? Huh? He said in a confused voice.

Julian shook herself. "Sorry 'bout that...always happens after I get the stuffing knocked outta me." She grumbled, and went back to petting Sevious quietly.

Meier nodded quietlly for lack of words. His thoughts however were as productive as ever. He was thinking mainly about Julian, or Sophie...possiblyloving him once more. The thought was womderful to someone who had been living alone since the death of their single love.

Julian closed her eyes and began to hum a lullaby-like tune softly as she stroked the wolve.

Sevious' ears went down as she hummed and he shut his eyes again.
Meier watched silently as Julian hummed. He had always loved the way Sophie had sung, and Julian's humming was just as wonderful.
