Julian leaned back in her chair, blinking slowly at the ceiling. Her silver eyes were half closed and her hands rested upon the book she had closed a few moments ago.

Meier looked at her and winked at her. His lips were set into a slight grin as his fingers ran up and down the binding of the book he was holding.

Julian, despite her previous sour mood, found herself smiling as well. "What are you leering at, O' Great Noble?" She asked without taking her luminous eyes off of the celing.

Meier chuckled. ''Simply winking in your general direction. Why, what were you thinking?'' He asked with a light smirk as he set his book aside and put his arm on the back of the couch as he leaned back.

Julian shook her head, her smile broader now. "What do you think I was thinking, Meier? Surely a great Noble like yourself would know." She replied tauntingly.

Meier shrugged. ''You know, a few ideas do pop into my head, darling.'' He said tapping his finger on the couch as he gazed at her.

Julian closed her eyes, spreading out her arms so that they rested on the armrests. The Guardian took a deep, relaxed breath. "Mmm...and may inquire as to what ideas they were?" She asked.

Julian's pale cheeks, which showed color so very easily, were shaded with pinkish red. Her eyes were still closed as she lifted a hand to her mouth. "Oh...dear." She murmered.

Julian snorted. "First of all, Love is pain the majority of the time, and second of all...maybe I do like to see you in pain. I am odd in that way." She said cooly.
